Users can request the deletion of their data if they:
- No longer wish to use E-Smart Cab Service.
- Have unlinked their payment methods and cleared any outstanding dues.
- Have not been involved in any ongoing disputes, complaints, or legal matters with E-Smart Cab Service.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
To request data deletion, users must:
- Send an email to Esmart.org@gmail.com with the subject: “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include their registered email ID and phone number.
- Clearly mention the reason for the request.
4. Processing Time
- E-Smart Cab Service will review and verify the request within 7-14 business days.
- Once verified, all personal data, including ride history, payment details, and stored preferences, will be permanently deleted.
- Users will receive a confirmation email once the data has been deleted.
